Hello, Welcome to my Blog

So you've ended up in my own personal corner of the internet. Feel free to stay a while and consume the various contents I'm producing here. As you may come to realize in browsing this site, my interests are a bit broad, and sometimes I love to go off on a tangent. However, I have created this place as a location for me to work on a few key areas of my own personal and professional offerings, including:

• My writing skills, creative, technical, and communicative.
• My personal brand and professional portfolio.
• My accountability with taking up new projects, and actually completing them!

Obviously, it's no fun to do things just for yourself, especially publications, so in sharing my thoughts & whimsy with the wider world, I hope to accomplish the following:

• Share some of my creative processes ranging from coding, cooking, problem solving, and designing.
• Uplift the mood of my readers, even for a moment, because it Feels Good to Feel Good™️
• Inspire others to pursue and share their own creative pursuits, in the name of fostering a more creative, more agentic, & more interesting society.

To share some of my background, I am a web developer, a chef-in-training, a rave organizer & VJ, and a terrible but enthusiastic guitarist. While these things may seem somewhat disjointed or random, I have come to a conclusion as to what the driving force is behind these interests: Experiences! I have a passion for creating experiences for individuals. I love to see someone open a new app and realize, it's actually a pleasure to use. I love to hear the stories of how people learned to let go & be free on the dancefloor. I love to feel the appreciation of clients tasting beautiful food which had taken such a journey to reach them.

To me, that's what life is all about, experience. And as such, I hope to curate a special experience for you, dear reader, on this very blog. Now, sure, it is but a seed, an idea, a carte blanche, but given time, attention, a bit of work, maybe a sacrifice or two, this could become something great. Or at least something minorly useful to someone, at some time.

Perhaps we open the doors to fiction at some point? To Poetry? The world is but an oyster, and we are the sand. Here is an obligatory cat photo to tickle your dopamine:

Speaking of dopamine, prepare for my many musings on the state of the youthful mind. Our generation (yes I'm a zoooomer) faces unprecedented complication. We are more likely to be millionaires, and more likely to be Hikikomori than any who came before us. The times are extreme. There is extreme ugliness, and extreme beauty. Things are irreversibly not normal. However, under the chaos we also posess untold levels of opportunity for change. Opportunity for greatness, for progress, for unity. Through the power of small action, of creativity and holding ourselves to a high standard of Vibe, we can influence the larger machine. The egregore of our class-consciousness can rise up and make things less awful, or if we're lucky; more beautiful.

For now however, this blog will primarily serve as a space for me to show off my projects, in their various states of development.
